All of our services are provided by Registered Social Workers or interns directly supervised by one of our Registered Social Workers in Barrie or Orillia ON or virtually across the province. We offer direct billing for Canada Life, Green Shield, Blue Cross, Desjardin and Manulife amongst other insurance carriers.

Individual Psychotherapy

One to One time to feel heard. A time for you to focus with your therapist on healing past wounds and present day distress. Building on your strengths: challenging the way you think, behave and feel in order thrive.

EMDR Trauma Session
50+ mins |  $170+

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a highly effective and specialized method of treating past trauma, including from childhood, childbirth or workplace incident related. Using a body included process called bilateral stimulation to reprocess past traumatic events and reduce associated distress. Extended sessions allow for more processing in the session itself. EMDR is effective both in person and via our secure video sessions.

Traditional EFT Couples relationship therapy through the life span with Karah. Every relationship deserves space where you can feel heard and connect together.

Pregnancy / Infant Grief Support

The depth of grief after pregnancy loss or infant death cannot be explained in written words. Grief is a personal experience and therefore very different from person to person. Our team can support you in the emotional waves that come with loss, identity confusion, changes in relationships and navigating meaning making.

Healing after the death of a baby is not easy but it is possible. You deserve a space to feel supported.
