Connected Beginnings: the Village Nest Project

Connected Beginnings: The Village Nest Project is a 12-week, community-based postpartum support program running March 23 – June 12, 2026.

Designed for parents in their third trimester, this wraparound experience extends through birth and into early postpartum, offering coordinated emotional, physical, and feeding support. Participants receive four 1:1 counselling sessions, weekly structured group support (in-person or virtual), and access to a lactation consultant, registered midwife, and perinatal massage therapist. The goal is simple: reduce isolation, increase confidence, and nurture a supported transition into parenthood.

Cost: $300. Insurance receipts provided for counselling sessions.
