The Feeding Hour
A free, virtual drop-in for your infant feeding questions — no agenda, no judgment, just answers.
You have questions. You deserve real answers.
The early weeks and months of feeding a baby are full of moments nobody quite prepared you for. The latch that doesn't feel right. The supply questions at 3am. The decision you're second-guessing. The feeding plan that had to change.
The Feeding Hour is a free, open Zoom session where parents and caregivers can bring exactly those questions — and leave with more clarity, more confidence, and the reassurance that what you're experiencing is something we can actually talk through.
What to expect
An open, informal Q&A Drop in at any point during the hour and ask what's on your mind. There's no set curriculum — the session is led entirely by what the group needs that day.
All feeding journeys welcome Whether you're breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, formula feeding, or still figuring out your plan before baby arrives — this space is for you. There are no assumptions about what your feeding journey looks like or should look like.
A group setting with care The Feeding Hour is an open educational space. You're warmly invited to share as much or as little as feels right. Listening in is just as valuable as asking out loud.

FAQs
A few things you might be wondering
Do I need to register?
No registration required. Once you provide your email address the zoom link will be sent to you. Click the Zoom link at any point during the session and join. We use this process to prevent just anyone from accessing the safe space.
Is this confidential?
The Feeding Hour is an open, educational group — not a therapy session. Other participants will be present. Please share only what feels comfortable in a group setting.
Can I join if I'm still pregnant?
Absolutely. Preparing for infant feeding before your baby arrives is one of the most helpful things you can do. Prenatal questions are very welcome.
What if I've already tried everything?
Then you're exactly who this is for. Bring what hasn't worked, what you're unsure about, or what's been weighing on you. There's room for all of it.
Is there a cost?
The Feeding Hour is completely free.
Come as you are.
You don't need to have the right words for what you're experiencing. You just have to show up.
