Victoria, a mother of four, is passionate about reigniting the joy in motherhood. She empowers parents to unpack the deep shame and frustration arising from unmet expectations, societal pressures, and instinctive or adaptive responses that may no longer serve them.

Victoria is trained in EMDR therapy and specializes in supporting mothers and women dealing with trauma, including birth and perinatal trauma.

Victoria is an expert in ADHD, She helps parents manage their responses and frustrations when parenting children with ADHD or other challenges.

Guiding clients through a journey of self-discovery, Victoria combines diverse therapeutic approaches—including EMDR, CBT, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, Feltsense, cognitive processing, solution-focused therapy, trauma-informed care, and narrative therapy—to deepen clients' understanding of brain-body pathways, unlearn harmful beliefs, and support personal flourishing.

Victoria earned her Honours Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Laurentian University and has focused her career primarily in healthcare settings. She is certified in EMDR, CBT for anxiety and depression (for adults and children), Peaceful Parenting education, ADHD education, and Polyvagal Theory for behavioral understanding. Her additional training includes mindfulness, trauma-informed care, Feltsense, cognitive processing, motivational interviewing, DBT, and perinatal mental health. Victoria is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at the University of Waterloo.
