Healing the Hard Moments of Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum
Some moments stay with us long after they’ve passed — the fear during labour, the unexpected intervention, the NICU stay, the loneliness of postpartum, or the quiet guilt you can’t quite put words to. You’re not supposed to carry those feelings on your own.
This 2-hour guided support session offers a gentle, structured way to make sense of what you went through and find some emotional breathing room again. You don’t need to retell your whole story. You don’t need the “right” words. You just need a safe place to land while your nervous system settles.
Whether your pregnancy, birth, or postpartum season was overwhelming, frightening, or simply not what you expected, this space is here to help you move forward with more steadiness and less weight on your shoulders.

This gentle, structured, single-session model helps you process difficult birth memories in a safe, supported, trauma-informed space — without needing to retell every detail of your birth story.

What to Expect
A 2-hour EMDR G-TEP group session
Trauma-informed grounding + safety tools
Quiet, private participation (you don’t share details aloud)
Space to release guilt, fear, tension, or overwhelm
Co-facilitated by two perinatal EMDR clinicians
Optional monthly groups (virtual and in-person) moving forward

December / January Groups: Free / Pay-What-You-Can
We want to build momentum and ensure this care is accessible.
Ongoing monthly groups: $95 per person
Sliding scale available.
Most insurance plans cover group psychotherapy with a Registered Social Worker.
