--> Tap into your values as an individual, partner and soon to be parent! Learn hands on how when we are more aware of our values we can set intentions that are authentic and reduce our stress from external stressors and align family values for future planning (kids, professional goals, choosing a daycare, and beyond!)
--> Communication boot camp - When a baby enters the picture parents are often tired, overwhelmed and can feel disconnected from each other. We will cover some basic and usable communication strategies to build connection, attunement and prevent resentment. As well as tips and tricks to communicate and set boundaries with the in-laws, friends and the rest of the world.
--> Join us for tried and true strategies to feel calmer, less overwhelmed and more connected to your mind and body. We will spend time in the workshop teaching you the tools you can use day to day, in labour and postpartum to reduce the impact of feeling out of control.
